Day 20

Workout – Treadclimber, 43 minutes. Free Weights, push ups sit ups jumping jacks.

Breakfast – half cucumber cherry tomatoes italian dressing, apple cider vinegar, braggs, sea salt. 4 Lemon pepper wings baked. Water and paleo.

Lunch – pecans

Dinner – 5 teriyaki wings celerly carrots little ranch dressing. Small slice of pizza. Long Island ice tea. Margarita at home. Pecans.
