Lunch – quinoa shrimp carrots, broccoli. Plenty of water.
Dinner – egg, cheese, sausage ham melt. Whole wheat toast. Margarita on the rocks w salt. Water. Fresca. More water.
Dessert – brownies and dark chocolate peanut cups.
