Day 1 of detox!!! I am really excited. Its like I spent the last 2 weeks building up to this comprehensive clean out. Week 1 will be hard, just getting in tune with everything and making sure I prepare myself for temptations and the ability to succeed on the cleanse but next week, I will find my groove and begin to see that what I am doing is actually working! The first thing I will notice is your skin clearing up and being will extremely supple, second thing will be how light I feel. Give it a try!
Workout – none today, intense one tomorrow I am sure at my kick boxing class. BUSY day, running all day and am just winding down. I guess a die hard would hit the treadmill. I am kind of a die hard but perhaps not that much :).
Breakfast – vegan protein shake, in (walnuts and hemp milk), flax, berries, filtered water. (I am totally out of fiber) I will get this included within the next week.
Lunch – Vegan Protein shake for lunch. Today was the first day of my cleanse/detox class I offer so it was really busy. I was prepared though and had a liquid meal on deck!!! Same kind as breakfast.
Dinner – Same thing as breakfast and lunch!! LONG day today. The goal was not to have 3 liquid meals, it was to be sure I had some good choices available so that I could make the right decision. I also had a medium sliced green apple sprinkled with sea salt. And plenty of water but not enough to be on this cleanse. Its day one…things will get better!!
