Day 5 of Detox!! Normally on a Friday I am looking for a tasty beverage, but not today. This is the first Friday of the detox and I am chilling out nursing my cold. Man, this weather is trippin’ hard and keeping me from getting over it. I will be back you can believe that!
Workout – None…same drill, as soon as I feel better.
Breakfast – Vegan protein shake, berry flavored all the goods.
Lunch – Cucumbers sliced with olive oil and apple cider vinegar, sea salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Dinner – Raw pecans, sweet potato chips both 2 servings sizes.
