Day 54

Day 19 of Detox….

Workout – Off day in place of yesterday.  Plus I am rocking my “real” hair and I have to workout around it looking halfway decent!! My advice is do not let your hair make you fat!

Breakfast – boiled egg, beef sausage and regular sausage. Small honey crisp apple.

Lunch – skipped.  OOPS!!  Bad move.

Dinner – Collard Greens and baked chicken…smooth and easy!
