Day 20 of Detox. This cleanse is going to last a long time if I keep this up. I am finally on week 2…go figure. BUT I am on the ball following it like I should. well except for the meals I am skipping, that is NOT part of the plan and do not follow my lead. I should only have 8 days left. NOT! I have20 left.
Workout – Zumba party! Hours of dancing, what a great idea! Big fun…they had organic wine and all. I refrained form it though…I am detoxing remember, NO alcohol allowed.
Breakfast – the usual shake.
Lunch – baked chicken. ( ate this in an effort not to skip a meal, GO Kim!
Dinner – a few spicy shrimp at the Zumba party and some Ginger Tuna. Just a little, not a meal. Ate collard greens and a piece of smoked turkey when I got home.
