Workout – As long as this weather is like this I will be sure to be in the park for a workout. I am taking advantage of it because it is subject to be back in the 40’s soon, it’s only February! 4 miles and 140 push-ups. What a beautiful Saturday!
Breakfast – Protein shake….same ole’ same ole’.
Lunch – Piece of chicken and some chips (to hold me over an not skip a meal)
Dinner – Mexican, chips queso and chicken Quesadilla with beans and pico de gallo. GREAT, a few cocktails….I am back!! But am watching the alcohol intake. I do not want the extra calories or it to retard my metabolism.
