Day 82

Workout – 3 plus miles 125 push-ups.

Breakfast – orange.  Big and juicy with a little salt.

Lunch – Quinoa, broccoli and shrimp.  Since I had a tiny breakfast, I made sure I ate a nice sized lunch and had it much earlier than normal.

Dinner – Chicken (baked), collard greens, okra and onions. YUMMY.

Snacked a BUNCH tonight. I am not even gonna try to name it all. Thank GOD I keep mostly healthy options in my house. I would have killed a bag of Doritos.
