After years of bureaucratic wrangling, Secretary Vilsack and the Obama administration are only days away from approving Monsanto’s genetically modified (GMO) alfalfa. If approved, GMO alfalfa will fundamentally undermine the entire organic industry overnight. In addition, the USDA says American consumers don’t care about the contamination of organics.

Day 69

Day 34/21 of detox…Saturday February 5th…pretty bored all day.  When I am super bored I eat. So I am sure the snack factor was pretty strong today!!

Workout – None!

Breakfast – Shake like I like it! Vegan protein powder, berries, flax, fiber, detox cleanse powder.

Lunch – Detox drink with out the added protein.

Dinner – Cabbage, pork chop, final and last cake bite!!  Some almonds, walnuts and raisins as well.  This is what I mean by snacking.  The snacks are still decent snacks but added calories nonetheless!!

Day 68

Day 33/20 of Detox….

Workout – None

Breakfast – Boiled egg and sausage links.  Detox tea, detox drink.

Lunch – Detox Drink with out added protein.

Dinner – Sauteed cabbage and garlic in olive oil and bragg. Pork chops cooked in coconut oil. Cake bite!!

Day 67

Day 32/19 of Detox…

Workout – Off Day

Breakfast – Shake like normal

Lunch – Kinda skipped it but had the detox drink I should have!

Dinner – Baked chicken and small salad with olives, Roma tomatoes, green leaf lettuce.  Olive oil and cider vinegar, bragg amino. Chocolate cake bite! Yummy.
