Day 120

Workout – leg lifts, squats, arm series, dead lifts, kick backs. All tone work no cardio.3

Breakfast – Shake, same as usual.

Lunch – Whole Foods hot bar, collards, black eyed peas, black beans, okra and tomatoes, mushrooms, beef brisket, pulled pork, curry chicken.  A spoon of each mixed together. Plenty left over!!

Dinner – a little more of the above. STILL some left.  IT cost me 25 bucks for it all it had better last a few meals!!!

Day 119

Workout – None

Breakfast – Thumb’s Up, 2 scrambled eggs, 5 ounces smoked turkey, Trader Joe’s green tea. Water

Lunch- Leftover Copeland’s. Actually more like dinner time. Had enough food this weekend.  Going light!

Dinner – None

Day 118

Workout – NONE!!

Breakfast – None.  Meals are REALLY bad this weekend.

Lunch – Copeland’s – shrimp and grits. Shrimp and artichoke appetizer with garlic bread. 1 margarita on the rocks with salt. YUMMY. An enormous amount of calories.  I don’t count them but sometime you need to know what you had so you can stay in control.

Dinner – A hot dog at the Hawks game and also ate 2 wing drums when I got home after a night out.  The kind that I usually have – the baked kind.

What the heck!  Its all good.  I will get cleaned out this week. The family in town threw me for a loop. I was not supposed to by on family duty but it just happened that way.  Oh well, some times life gives you lemons.  You should ALWAYS make lemonade.

Day 117

Workout – None!!  UGH.

Breakfast – Thumb’s up!!  Omelet with roasted turkey, mushrooms and bacon, no cheese. Bowl of fresh fruit, strawberries and blueberries.

Lunch – Protein shake.

Dinner – Fried tilapia nuggets and some (6)  lemon pepper wings. I was at the club so needed to feed some of the liquor I had!

Couple/few cocktails today!!

Day 115

Workout – Beautiful breezy day, a great one for a run in the park.  3 miles and 150 push ups.  Arms are sore from yesterday’s super burn sets in class!  I need to work on my abs more.  They are definitely flat just want to start to engage them much more. Pilate’s is starting back up in a couple weeks!! Reformer here I come.

Breakfast – Vanilla vegan protein shake. All the fixin’s. Remember I am on a Mini cleanse so NO snacks!

Lunch – Cabbage and carrots, small piece of corned beef.

Dinner – 2 baked wing drums, rest of the cabbage and carrots with a little sauerkraut.  Medium honey crisp apple.

Day 114

A mini clean out is in order so it starts today.  For some reason I feel like my weekend was a bunch of bull and I need to filter this crap out of my system so I am not doing a full on cleanse but a Mini one. Sometime you need to do this to get back on track, even a person as conscious as me.

Workout – Kick boxing class.  Got it in!! Added in a few weights after class, 1 set of each move.

Breakfast – boiled egg with sea salt and pepper, large sliced honey crisp apple with sea salt.

Lunch – Bag of Eat Smart – broccoli, carrot and cauliflower.  3 baked lemon pepper wing drums.

Dinner – protein shake, not add-ins just protein. A small piece of chicken for MORE protein and a small green apple. Replenishing and fueling my muscles. Plenty of water and organic detox tea today. Tomorrow is day 2 of the mini cleanse.  I have no clue how long I will be on, just taking it day by day and trying not to apply any pressure to myself. The goal is to get a quality work out in for the  next 7 days (started today) and to control my appetite. No indulging just living. If EVER you fall off, rest assure that you can get up and GET BACK ON!

Berry berry good

Organic strawberries show more nutrients than conventional ones in a Washington State study. Organic strawberries win, hands down. Click. I always say eat organic as much as you can! Its very important to start to spend our money with local farmers, organic foods and produce that is also in season. You want it to be free of pesticides.

Day 76

Detox day 41/28.  Boom last day. Piece of cake.

Workout – Zilch – was nice out too.  Tomorrow will be nicer.

Breakfast – Boiled egg, 2 sausage links, tiny salad.

Lunch – few forks of my famous chili, Lol and some sweet potato chips.

Dinner – California Pizza Kitchen, Caesar salad with blackened shrimp. Balsamic dressing on the side, used oil and vinegar. Few corn chips with spinach dip (do not think this was cleanse worthy but hell its my last day!) POW.
