Day 122

Workout – None

Breakfast – cucumbers and tomatoes. Cider vinegar, olive oil, sea salt. Sliced roasted turkey. Cleanse worthy!!

Lunch – Skipped.  Bad news!  I had a bite of a hemp chocolate strawberry bar before class and also ate big honey crisp apple on the way home  from teaching class.

Dinner – Chicken breast, left over green beans.

Dessert – Hemp and chocolate bar.  A small piece.

Day 121

Workout – Kick boxing class.  Class was really full today.  I had to turn a few people away!  Good work out for too many folks though.

Breakfast – Vanilla strawberry protein shake. Hemp, diatomaceous earth, chia, fiber, msm.

Lunch – Left over Whole foods.  See I told you it had better be a few meals.  I was not joking.

Dinner – Sauteed fresh green beans in fresh garlic and crushed red pepper.  Roasted turkey, 2 ounces.

Day 120

Workout – leg lifts, squats, arm series, dead lifts, kick backs. All tone work no cardio.3

Breakfast – Shake, same as usual.

Lunch – Whole Foods hot bar, collards, black eyed peas, black beans, okra and tomatoes, mushrooms, beef brisket, pulled pork, curry chicken.  A spoon of each mixed together. Plenty left over!!

Dinner – a little more of the above. STILL some left.  IT cost me 25 bucks for it all it had better last a few meals!!!

Day 119

Workout – None

Breakfast – Thumb’s Up, 2 scrambled eggs, 5 ounces smoked turkey, Trader Joe’s green tea. Water

Lunch- Leftover Copeland’s. Actually more like dinner time. Had enough food this weekend.  Going light!

Dinner – None

Day 118

Workout – NONE!!

Breakfast – None.  Meals are REALLY bad this weekend.

Lunch – Copeland’s – shrimp and grits. Shrimp and artichoke appetizer with garlic bread. 1 margarita on the rocks with salt. YUMMY. An enormous amount of calories.  I don’t count them but sometime you need to know what you had so you can stay in control.

Dinner – A hot dog at the Hawks game and also ate 2 wing drums when I got home after a night out.  The kind that I usually have – the baked kind.

What the heck!  Its all good.  I will get cleaned out this week. The family in town threw me for a loop. I was not supposed to by on family duty but it just happened that way.  Oh well, some times life gives you lemons.  You should ALWAYS make lemonade.

Day 115

Workout – Beautiful breezy day, a great one for a run in the park.  3 miles and 150 push ups.  Arms are sore from yesterday’s super burn sets in class!  I need to work on my abs more.  They are definitely flat just want to start to engage them much more. Pilate’s is starting back up in a couple weeks!! Reformer here I come.

Breakfast – Vanilla vegan protein shake. All the fixin’s. Remember I am on a Mini cleanse so NO snacks!

Lunch – Cabbage and carrots, small piece of corned beef.

Dinner – 2 baked wing drums, rest of the cabbage and carrots with a little sauerkraut.  Medium honey crisp apple.

Day 101

Workout – Went to Zumba but way too late to work out and waste my money! Oh well, sh.. happens.

Breakfast – Protein shake

Lunch – Medium salad with romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes and broccoli.  Less than a tablespoon of Italian dressing, Bragg and pepper. 3 baked wing drums.

Dinner – Collard greens, okra and a small piece of smoked turkey. Some almonds and raisins for dessert.

Day 88

Workout – Off day!!

Breakfast – Shake…you know the drill. Adding Chia seeds along with flax and hemp. Measuring so I am not adding too much fat. Even though its GOOD fat.

Lunch – Zaxby’s!! Grilled chicken Caesar salad with out the croutons. And the dressing…I use my own that I make. Cider vinegar, organic evoo, bragg. 1 chicken tender, it was fried! Yay.

Dinner – went out so dinner was basically skipped. Ate the other chicken tender (I ordered 2) and did not finish the chicken in the salad so ate that too.  Topped it off with some almonds and raisins.  It was too late to eat anything else and I was not starving!

Day 86

Workout –  Kick boxing class.  I turned it up a notch today.  They hated me but it was worth the anger.

Breakfast – Shake

Lunch – Can of Amy’s tomato soup with a can of chicken breast (like tuna). Organic! Honey crisp apple medium in size.

Dinner – Went to a wine tasting after kick boxing class.  My student twisted my arm, lol. Had a chocolate covered strawberry too! Dinner was light, some rice works chips and a bowl of collards.

Day 83

Workout – As long as this weather is like this I will be sure to be in the park for a workout. I am taking advantage of it because it is subject to be back in the 40’s soon, it’s only February! 4 miles and 140  push-ups. What a beautiful Saturday!

Breakfast Protein shake….same ole’ same ole’.

LunchPiece of chicken and some chips (to hold me over an not skip a meal)

Dinner – Mexican, chips queso and chicken Quesadilla with beans and pico de gallo. GREAT, a few cocktails….I am back!!  But am watching the alcohol intake.  I do not want the extra calories or it to retard my metabolism.
