Day 53

Day 18 of Detox…

Workout – Taught an abs, arms and butt class mixed with a little Pilate’s what fun!  LOL.  It was actually a great class I can feel it a little today.

Breakfast – Shake…you  know the drill.  Check my past blogs if not!

Lunch – Cucumbers, tomatoes, cider vinegar, evoo and sea salt. Oh and a dash of amino’s.  3 baked wing drums. Small green apple.

Dinner – gyro meat on top of lettuce, tomatoes, olives, green peppers, onions, jalapeños and cucumbers.

Plenty of water throughout the day!!

Day 52

Day 17 of Detox…..

Workout – Zumba!!!  Great class today, we learned some new moves to some new songs…that Samba step moves super fast!

Breakfast – Protein shake…same as yesterday.  And the other days!!

Lunch – I basically skipped it…had 2 apples.  One small green and one small honeycrisp.

Dinner – Collard greens and baked chicken wing drums.  Greens cooked with smoked turkey meat.

Day 50

Happy Martin Luther King Day!!  I hope you tried to somehow help someone today.  Maybe you did something to help yourself, that qualifies too.  Day 15 of Detox.  Back 100%, as if I am just starting again.  I am not starting over just continuing. And feeling good along the way. I think not drinking liquor alone has me euphoric, too much alcohol is not good for you but MAN does it taste good!

Workout – None, busy busy day.  No real excuse because I did have a good 30 this morning to exercise. I f’d that one up!!

Breakfast – Strawberry & blueberry vegan protein shake, fiber, flax, water, coconut milk.

Lunch – Lentil soup Amy’s brand, sea salt, 2 oz. roasted turkey breast cup and put in the soup.

Dinner – Berry Shake, with all the normal stuff including fiber. Took detox support tabs AM and PM.

Day 47

Day 12 of detox…moving right along. Getting my butt in order over here with this schedule. Still skipping meals though which is BAD! I am losing weight…I dont want to though! I want to maintain my weight and build muscle. Not working out doesn’t not help to build muscle that’s for sure.

Workout – None

Breakfast – skipped it and went straight to lunch.

Lunch – strawberry shake, normal.

Dinner – 5 bake wing drums and a bowl of cucumbers and tomatoes. Couple walnuts and raisins.

Day 44

Day 9 of Detox!! Day 2 of the Winter Storm 2011, or some crap like that the news is tagging it! This is a joke of a storm and this silly city has not been able to get the roads moving like they should have.  They have been talking about this storm for a week prior and still caught off guard and has major business closed? Ridiculous!

Workout – Kick boxing Class was tonight. Not m1any takers to participate, people are afraid of the snow and ice around here.  I am not saying I am able to navigate it better just am not afraid of it!

Breakfast – Fried egg with sea salt and pepper.  Piece if turkey breast sliced on top. Green apple, very small.

Lunch – skipped it!!  Here I go with this mess again….my metabolism is not slow but this will surely slow it down!!

Dinner – Lettuce wraps with romaine lettuce and meat sauce from spaghetti. Half of a cucumber and sliced Roma tomato, with olive oil and cider vinegar, sea salt and pepper. A few almonds and raisins.

Day 42

Day 7 of detox!! Today seems pretty normal for me. Not feeling like I am missing anything by being on the 28 days to Health cleanse.

Workout – None again but I am feeling much better. Still stuffy and congested but chest is clearing and is head.

Breakfast – Old faithful again.  I am waiting to get some more products so I can make some chocolate shakes in the morning and at night once the mandatory 2 shakes per day starts.

Lunch – This was actually my dinner…I did my normal Sunday cooking.  Baked chicken wings, brown rice cooked in turkey stock, sauteed cabbage and carrots in evoo, red pepper flakes, garlic, braggs aminos, sea salt.

Dinner – to be determined.  I am full and my skip it!  Or have a few almonds and a small green apple.

Day 41

Day 6 of Detox!!!  Its a Saturday today.  I feel like I have been doing this for a while but I have not.  For some reason its much easier this go. Perhaps because I really embrace it and and understand the well being and good out of this kind of this kind of sacrifice. It is worth it though, very much so.  I am looking forward to the days to come.

Workout – now if I could just get my cold licked and get my butt on the Tread Climber I will be happy! Still recovering but I am hoping for a better next week.  Oh and I am buying an ab glider…will let know how this works out.

Breakfast – SHAKE!! Vegan, berry – same as usual.  One day I am going to surprise you with a new kind of shake…stay tuned.

Lunch – Baked wing drums, 5 and 2 carrots.

Dinner – Salad with cider vinegar and oil, 2 ounces chicken breast and 1/4 cup smoked bacon. 1/4 cup hummus with sliced grilled squash, zucchini, red peppers and eggplant (2 sliced of each).

Continue to consume my water, tea intake.
